Bluetooth Peripheral Device Windows 10 3,5/5 2351 reviews

Thank you for trying to help! Since my post I have realized that the connect app is for video devices; so, that explaines why it didn't work for my Bluetooth speaker. Download and install shareit.

This will display a list of drivers, find and left click Bluetooth Radios from this list and then click Next. This will open a window with two panes: Manufacturer on the left and Model on the right. In the Manufacturer list, select Microsoft Corporation by left clicking it. On the right hand side it will display Windows Mobile-based device support. 36 rows  Bluetooth Peripheral Device now has a special edition for these Windows versions: Windows. To answer your questions:

My computer automatically updates with Microsoft. I don't know what Windows Creator is. I'm using Windows 10 and all updates are installed.

I've done all the things I could find in support - nothing seems to apply to my problem.

My problem is that Bluetooth doesn't seem to be on my computer any more. I have searched with file manager and find these: BthAvrcpTg.sys bthhfenum.sys BthhfHid.sys bthmodem.sys (all say they are Bluetooth drivers in properties) and were last updated 7/16/2016. It's very likely that I haven't tried to connect a Bluetooth device since then! I just bought a new Bose Bluetooth speaker. It works with my Echo dot and cell phones. I want to use it with my computer too!

In Windows settings under devices no Bluetooth device is listed.

All my wireless network connections are working (wifi, printer, mouse, and keyboard).

Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

Hi Chan,

It could be an issue with the driver for the Bluetooth device installed on the laptop. It could also be an issue related to the Bluetooth settings when you try to connect to the laptop from the phone.

Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
